Roll Up Dish Rack
No matter how much you try to make sure all of your kitchen items are "dishwasher safe" there will inevitably be cutting boards, cast iron pots, special glasses, and handmade ceramics that just can't go in there and survive.
Traditional dish racks, while effective, are just such an eyesore and require a lot of space if you want to store them between uses.
We love this roll-up silicone mat because it gives you a little bit of dish drying space (or fruit/veggie rinsing), with almost zero visual impact on your kitchen. While it's easy to roll up and put away, we usually end up just leaving it out since it's so minimal anyway. And when it gets a little dirty looking--just throw it in the dishwasher. Easy!
